While we originally expected to see Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection launching on PC in early 2022, Sony appears to have internally delayed the PC release a couple of times. While previous indications pointed to a June or July release, it may have been pushed back to Q4.
Sony first announced Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection for PC and PS5 last year. The remaster of Uncharted 4 and its standalone expansion, Lost Legacy, has been available on PS5 for quite some time already and was initially expected on PC in the first half of the year.
In March, a Steam leak pointed to the game releasing in July. A separate leak on the Epic Games Store pointed to a 20th of June release date. Unfortunately, SteamDB has been updated again twice this week, once with an October 19th release date and then another update moved the release to the 30th of December.
Typically, when a game has a placeholder date like that, it arrives sometime in Q4. At this point, we would assume that Sony is targeting October, but the game could slip a bit further, leading to the lack of official, public release date announcement. .
Sony has recently ramped up its efforts on PC. Not only are we getting God of War and Uncharted this year, but Spider-Man Remastered, Spider-Man Miles Morales and The Last of Us Part 1 are all on the way too. Recent leaks also suggest PS5 exclusive, Returnal, will be heading to PC in the near future.
