Lian Li officially launches the LANCOOL III chassis

Lian Li has been showing off the LANCOOL III in prototype form for a while, but now, the case is ready for its time in the spotlight. This month, Lian Li is launching the LANCOOL III, designed to provide more ventilation than previous models, as well as plenty of room for high-end hardware and a huge custom liquid cooling loop.

The LANCOOL III has a redesigned front panel, as well as four pre-installed 140mm PWM fans. The case has a ton of space for liquid cooling, allowing up to three 360mm radiators to be installed at once – one in the top, one in the front and one at the bottom of the case. You can also fit up to a 420mm radiator in the roof of the case in an offset position and still have enough room for RAM with up to 60mm tall heat spreaders.

As you would expect, the case supports up to E-ATX motherboards, up to 420mm long graphics cards, full-sized power supplies and a ton of space for drives, including up to 12 2.5″ SSDs, or 4 3.5″ HDDs combined with 8 2.5″ SSDs.

The LANCOOL III sports a futuristic look with its two brushed aluminium strips located at the front. Each strip doubles as a door handle for the right and left side tempered glass panels. With a modern I/O located at the top of the front panel (Power button, Reset button, two USB 3.0, USB Type C, Audio), users have the option to relocate it to the bottom for easier access when the case is placed on a desk.

The case also offers advanced cable management solutions, including built-in Velcro straps, multiple cable routing channels, and removable cover panels that can be magnetically closed to hide cables away.

The Lian Li LANCOOL III is available to pre-order starting today, starting at £149.99 for the black model with standard fans, and goes up to £159.95 for the black version with ARGB fans. Both white versions of the case are £10 more expensive.
