Just as promised, Xbox appeared at the Tokyo Game Show today armed with a few new announcements from its partnerships in Japan. A number of beloved JRPGs are heading to Xbox for the first time, in addition to a few of Japan's best fighting games.
The show started off with a reminder that Persona 5 Royal is heading to Xbox and Xbox Game Pass in October. We quickly got a few surprise announcements though, starting off with confirmation that Blazblue Cross Tag Battle and Guilty Gear Survive will be heading to Xbox consoles and Game Pass in Spring 2023.
As of today, Ni No Kuni Remastered is also launching on Xbox, and its sequel, Ni No Kuni II: Revenant Kingdom, is coming to Xbox in 2023. Visual novel hit, Danganrompa V3, is also heading to Xbox Game Pass today.
The stream also brought a new look at upcoming Overwatch 2 hero, Kiriko, a new trailer for Forza Horizon 5's Hot Wheels expansion, a new trailer for Eiyuden Chronicle: 100 Heroes, which is coming to Xbox Game Pass in 2023, and a new trailer for a game called Palworld, a Pokémon-inspired game, often referred to as Pokémon with Guns.
The last major announcement from the show was confirmation that Deathloop is now available on Xbox and downloadable through Game Pass for Console and PC. If you stick around to the very end of the stream, you'll see a very nice mashup trailer of Japanese games coming to Xbox over the next year.

KitGuru Says: Xbox's TGS shows have been improving over the last couple of years. It was only 25 minutes, and some games had already been announced, but we still got a good number of surprises out of it, especially for Xbox Game Pass subscribers.
