God of War Ragnarök’s embargo date revealed

Ahead of almost any video game launch, reviewers and other select people are given early copies of a game in order to play and review them, with the caveat being that they are embargoed until a certain date and time. One of the most anticipated games of the year is God of War Ragnarök, and ahead of its release on the 9th of November, we now know exactly when embargoes will be lifted.

Jordan Middler of VGC recently took to Twitter to reveal when fans can expect to hear impressions and reviews for the highly anticipated God of War Ragnarök, saying:

“My God of War Ragnarök review on @VGC_News will be posted on Thursday, November 3 at 9:00AM PDT / 12:00PM EDT / 4:00PM GMT / 5:00PM CEST.”

Those who are impatient however will be able to hear some early impressions on the game this Friday as according to Middler, preview embargoes for Ragnarök will be lifted on the 21st of October at 6:00AM PDT / 9:00AM EDT / 2:00PM BST / 3:00PM CEST.

2018’s God of War was showered with praise following the lifting of its review embargo, with fan response being equally as high when the game officially released in tow. Hopefully Ragnarök sees an equally synergistic response.
