Each week, those with an Epic Games account are privy to a number of free games – available to add to your library and then keep forever. With this week’s games now available, Epic has revealed what free games are being given away next week – including the classic Fallout 3.
From now until the 20th of October, those with an Epic Games account are able to get their hands on the survival horror game Darkwood as well as ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove. Perhaps more interesting however is the revelation of next week’s titles, namely: Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition and Evoland Legendary Edition.
Fallout 3 represents the first Fallout game to come from Bethesda Game Studios, managing to achieve near-universal acclaim following its launch back in 2008. That being said, the game did suffer from some complaints, including the fact that players could not continue exploring the world of Fallout following the conclusion of the campaign. Luckily, the Game of the Year Edition includes all of the released DLC – including allowing you to continue playing past the game’s original ending.
Evoland Legendary Edition offers a two-for-one, giving you both the first and second games in the Evoland series. Both titles are unique in their own right, with the games seeing their graphics improve overtime as you play them, from monochrome to full 3D graphics and from active time battles to real time boss fights.
Evoland Legendary Edition and Fallout 3: Game of the Year Edition will be available to add to your library for free from the 20th to the 27th of October. Until then, you can get your hands on Darkwood and ToeJam & Earl: Back in the Groove.
