You will apparently need an RTX 2070 to run Gotham Knights at 1080/60 with high settings

Last week, WB updated Gotham Knights' Steam Store page with the minimum PC system requirements, but conveniently left out the recommended spec for those looking to play with high graphics settings. The Steam page has since been updated again ahead of this week's launch.

Gotham Knights is a new game separate from the Arkham universe, starring the ‘Bat Family'. Players will run around Gotham, investigating during the day, and taking down bad guys at night. Along the way, you'll encounter classic Batman villains like the Court of Owls and the League of Shadows. Playable characters include Bat Girl, Nightwing, Robin and Red Hood, each with their own abilities and fighting style.

You can play through the main story solo, or in two-player co-op. A separate 4-player co-op mode will arrive after launch.

The minimum PC system requirements for the game (via Steam) target 1080p/60FPS gameplay with low graphics settings. For this, you'll want to have at least an Intel Core i5-9600K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600 CPU, 8GB of RAM and a GeForce GTX 1660 Ti or Radeon RX 590 graphics card.

The recommended PC system requirements still target 1080p/60FPS, but at high graphics settings. For this, you'll apparently need an Intel Core i7-10700K or AMD Ryzen 5 5600X CPU, 16GB of RAM and an RTX 2070 or Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card. These system requirements are quite a bit higher than we would have anticipated – particularly for a 1080/60 target. Based on preview footage, graphically, the game does seem to be less impressive than Arkham Knight as well.

KitGuru Says: Gotham Knights launches in two days so it won't be long before we get to see the first full reviews and PC performance impressions. Based on the system requirements, I'm not expecting much, but developers have gotten their minimum and recommended specs wrong before, so it is entirely possible they've overshot here.
