Philips & AOC roll out impressive gaming monitor deals for Black Friday

Sales season has begun, with Black Friday discounts now live for a wide range of products. If you happen to be shopping around for a new monitor, then there are more than a few good deals to be found.

Philips and AOC have gone big for Black Friday this year with decent savings to be had across the board. The top-end Philips Gaming 32M1N5800A for instance includes a 32-inch 4K panel with 144Hz refresh rate, HDR and HDMI 2.1 connectivity for compatibility with new-gen consoles as well as PCs. For Black Friday, the monitor can be found for £130 less than its usual price on Amazon and Box.

The Philips 27M1N5200P offers 1080p/240Hz gaming. Typically, this monitor goes for over £300, but currently, it is down to just under £230 at Amazon, Box, ebuyer and CCL. If you'd prefer a 1440p option, the 27M1N5500ZA is down to £286.99 at Amazon, Box, ebuyer and CCL, with a 27-inch 1440p panel with 175Hz maximum refresh rate.

If a 24-inch monitor is what you are after, then the Philips 24G2SPU monitor delivers 1080p gaming at 165Hz for just £129.99, which is a steal for a budget gaming setup.

On the AOC side, you have even more great options, particularly for those looking to get a high refresh rate monitor without spending hundreds of pounds. If you want the biggest monitor you can get for your money, then the AOC Gaming C32G2ZE delivers a 32-inch panel with 240Hz refresh rate and has AMD FreeSync Premium for £218. 32-inches is pretty large for a FullHD monitor, so a 27-inch display may be better suited at this resolution. The AOC Gaming C27G2ZU has a 27-inch FHD/240Hz panel instead and costs just £178.99 at the moment.

If you are happy to sacrifice some refresh rate for a resolution boost, then the AOC Q27G2E/BK is worth a look, coming in at less than £190, it has a 27-inch QHD/155Hz display with 1ms response time, making it ideal for competitive gaming. You can get the FHD/240Hz version of this monitor for the same price on Amazon.

The final deal on our list today is the AOC Gaming 24G2SPU, a 24-inch FHD monitor with 165Hz refresh rate, coming in at £160.
