Phanteks is unveiling three new Eclipse G500 series PC cases this week. Each model offers something a little bit different, with one for D-RGB fans, another focused on performance and a fanless chassis.
The front and top panels of the G500A feature an ultra-fine mesh for airflow and dust filtration. All three G500A models also have room for up to a 420mm radiator in the front and up to a 360mm radiator in the roof, as well as a 120mm radiator on the rear fan slot. Inside, you'll also find support for up to an E-ATX motherboard, 7 PCI-E slots, and room for graphics cards up to 435mm long.
The case measures in at 500 x 240 x 515 mm (D x W x H) with a steel chassis and tempered glass side panel. The Eclipse G500A is available in satin black for all three models, but the D-RGB model does have a white colour option. The front I/O features 1x USB 3.2 Type-C Gen 2, 2x USB 3.0 Type-A, a power button, a reset button, and a microphone/ headphone jack. The D-RGB model also features colour and mode buttons.
The Phanteks Eclipse G500A D-RGB Satin Black/ Matte White (£149.99) comes with pre-programmed D-RGB lighting in the form of two LED strips and three Phanteks M25 140mm D-RGB fans in the front. The Eclipse G500A Performance (£139.99) ships with four M25 140mm black fans – three in the front and one in the rear. It also has a white LED strip in the front. Finally, we have the G500A Fanless (£119.99) which ships with no fans, so you can save some money and reuse fans from a previous build, or buy whatever fans you want and add them straight in.
