Sifu is finally coming to Steam and Xbox in March 2023

Over the past few years, many PC titles large and small have released exclusively on the Epic Games Store, with Steam users needing to remain patient and wait for these contracts to end before picking it up on their preferred platform of choice. One such game locked behind the Epic Games Store was Sifu…but not for long.

Developed by Sloclap, Sifu is a focused and deep 3D fighter/brawler, with a unique gameplay hook in the form of a character aging mechanic. The game was released back in February 2022 for PlayStation and PC – though only on the Epic Games Store for the latter platform.

Making the announcement on Twitter, the team said “Sifu is FINALLY coming to Steam and Xbox, right alongside Title Update 4: Arenas! Test your skills and unlock new moves in a variety of new environments & challenges on more platforms than ever!”

As is noted by the studio, Sifu has received multiple free content updates since its launch almost one year ago, including new gameplay modes, outfits, mechanics and more. Title update 4 will be the biggest yet however, “adding hours of gameplay for free!” in what looks to be an even more replayable challenge.

Sifu is truly one of the best indie games of 2022 and so it is exciting to see that both Xbox and Steam users will soon be able to get their hands on the game. Sifu can be wishlisted HERE.
