We've seen some impressive displays in recent years, pushing refresh rates higher and higher. At this point, there are a few gaming monitors that can reach as high as 480Hz, but next year, we should see the first 500Hz-capable gaming monitors.
Alienware appears to be planning to unveil a 500Hz gaming monitor at CES 2023. It will be 480Hz natively, but through overclocking, you can hit the 500Hz mark. As reported by chi11eddog, the monitor will have a 25-inch Fast IPS panel with Full HD resolution.

Based on the image shared by the leaker, it seems it will come with a stand similar to the latest AW25 gaming monitors from Alienware. That means the stand should support swivel, tilt, pivot and offer height adjustment capabilities. Moreover, the picture also suggests it will come with RGB lighting elements.
Pricing is unknown but considering it could be the first 500Hz gaming monitor to hit the market, expect it to cost considerably more than any other 1080p monitor available.
