We've been hearing a lot about the RTX 4070, but Nvidia has yet to announce it formally. The latest rumours claim we'll see the upcoming graphics card release in April, but an announcement may come before that.
According to VideoCardz, Nvidia has informed AIB partners about the embargo dates for the upcoming RTX 4070. The product announcement and review embargo dates are yet to be defined, but the GPU is expected to hit the shelves sometime in April. Considering we're still two months away from the release, these dates can still change between now and then.

Moreover, kopite7kimi has shared the three board IDs for each of the RTX 4070 editions. As previously rumoured, the RTX 4070 will have two reference models: PG141-SKU343 with AD104-250-A1 GPU and PG141-SKU345 with AD104-251-A1. As of now, we don't know the differences between these two. In addition, there's a PG141-SKU344 board using the AD104-250-A1 GPU, which the Founders Edition graphics cards will use.
The Nvidia RTX 4070 is rumoured to pack 5,888 CUDA cores with a boost clock speed of 2,475MHz and 12GB of GDDR6X memory across a 192-bit memory bus, all in a 200W TDP.

KitGuru says: Previous sources have claimed that RTX 4070 production will begin this month. If that is accurate, then an April launch makes sense.
