While the RTX 4070 hasn't been officially announced by Nvidia yet, some curious listings were recently spotted on the Gigabyte website. Six RTX 4070 models were found on Gigabyte's page, suggesting 10GB, 12GB and 16GB versions of the card.
As noted by VideoCardz, Gigabyte has listed six RTX 4070 models on the game bundle registration website. Of the six listed on the website, only three seem to have the expected 12GB of VRAM. The other three include two models with 16GB of VRAM and one with 10GB.
Based on their SKU names, the six RTX 4070 cards are:
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Aorus Master 12GB (GV-N4070AORUS M-12GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Aorus Master 16GB (GV-N4070AORUS M-16GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Eagle OC 12GB (GV-N4070EAGLE OC-12GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Gaming OC 10GB (GV-N4070GAMING OC-10GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Gaming OC 12GB (GV-N4070GAMING OC-12GD)
- Gigabyte GeForce RTX 4070 Gaming OC 16GB (GV-N4070GAMING OC-16GD)
VideoCardz added that RTX 4080 cards with 12GB of VRAM were also included in the list, suggesting that RTX 4070 GPUs with 10GB and 16GB of memory may have been in Nvidia's plans some time ago. However, those plans may have changed after the cancellation of the RTX 4080 12GB.

KitGuru says: It is worth noting that last generation, we also saw listings for RTX 3080 and RTX 3070 graphics cards with differing amounts of VRAM, but those never officially launched. With that in mind, these listings could be an error.
