AGON by AOC has introduced a new ultrawide gaming monitor to its ranks. The AG455UCX offers all you could ask for in a high-end gaming monitor, including a high refresh rate and resolution, a slew of gaming-oriented features and a decent variety of connectivity options.
The AOC AGON AG455UCX features a 45-inch curved VA panel with a 5120×1440 resolution, a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms MPRT. With a 3000:1 contrast ratio, 400nits of brightness and 97% of DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage (121% sRGB and 106% NTSC), the monitor has been certified with the VESA DisplayHDR 400 standard.
As for other monitor features, there's AMD FreeSync, flicker-free technology, Motion Blur Reduction, Low Input Lag, low blue light mode, various overlays like FPS counter and crosshairs, Shadow Control, PbP and PiP. Additionally, it has 2x 5W speakers, a left hook to place headphones, and a KVM switch that might come in handy if you have more than one PC connected to the monitor.
For connectivity, there are 3x HDMI 2.1 inputs, a DisplayPort 1.4, a USB-C port with 90W power delivery and DP alt mode, a 3.5mm audio-out jack, and a 4-port USB-A 3.2 Gen1 hub. The included stand lets you swivel, tilt and adjust the height.
