Guilty Gear Strive finally comes to Xbox (and Game Pass) this week

2023 is set to be a huge year for fighting games. That said, with the complexities of the genre and its mechanics, fighting games live far beyond the year of their release. It is therefore exciting to see that Xbox is set to finally be getting 2021’s much-loved anime-styled fighter Guilty Gear Strive.

Ahead of the releases for Street Fighter 6, Tekken 8 and more, Guilty Gear Strive is finally coming to Xbox consoles. First announced back in September of last year with a targeted release date of Spring 2023, Guilty Gear Strive will be coming to Xbox consoles as well as Game Pass tomorrow, the 7th of March 2023.

Though the game was originally released in 2021, Guilty Gear Strive continues to be updated, with the game’s second season of DLC bringing new characters and more.

Fighting games can be quite daunting, especially if you are not familiar with the series. Fortunately, with it coming to Game Pass, Guilty Gear Strive is now more accessible than ever.
