If current rumours are accurate, we'll be seeing a new RTX 40 GPU launch each month for the next three months. Recent reports have claimed the RTX 4070 will land in April, followed by the RTX 4060 series in May. Now, another source is claiming the RTX 4050 will arrive in June.
Just yesterday, we shared a report claiming that Nvidia would release the RTX 4060 Ti and 4060 sometime in May. However, a more recent report from MEGAsizeGPU says that might not be true for the RTX 4060, as its launch date is still undecided. As for the RTX 4060 Ti, the leaker claims it should release at the end of May.
Release date:

Desktop 4050- June

But that's not all that Nvidia is releasing in the next few months. The same report states that the RTX 4050 is coming in June. This GPU will likely be powered by an AD107 GPU (with 2,560 CUDA cores?) and is rumoured to pack 6GB of GDDR6 memory, presumably across a 96-bit memory bus. Compared to the 8GB of the RTX 3050, that's a considerable downgrade.
Logically, the RTX 4060 should release somewhere between the RTX 4060 Ti and the RTX 4050, but no official announcements have been made yet, so don't be surprised if something changes along the way.
