Star Wars Jedi Survivor and Dead Island 2 are both launching on PC very soon. Nvidia is getting GeForce GPU users prepared for both titles with the release of a new Game Ready graphics driver today, which also enables DLSS 2 in new games and adds additional G-Sync Compatible displays to Nvidia's ever-growing list.
Today's new GeForce Game Ready driver includes optimisations for both Star Wars Jedi: Survivor and Dead Island 2, both of which are releasing this month. Dead Island 2 is a sequel to 2011's co-op zombie shooter, Dead Island. The game was first announced in 2014 but was delayed multiple times. Now almost a decade later, the game is finally launching.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor has had a much smoother development timeline. The game is a direct sequel to 2019's Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, continuing the story of protagonist Cal Kestis and his mission to stop the empire.
Today's driver update also enables DLSS 2 in three other games, including Bleak Faith: Forsaken, Romancelvania and Sherlock Holmes: The Awakened. Five more gaming monitors are also getting rated as G-Sync Compatible, including the AOC Q27G3Z, the AOC U32G3X, the Dell G2524H, the Dell G2724D and the Dell AW2724DM
You can download the latest graphics driver through the GeForce Experience app now.
