The past many months has seen Ubisoft commit itself to bringing its previously Epic Games Store exclusive titles to Steam. We have seen the likes of Assassin’s Creed Valhalla, Roller Champions, Scott Pilgrim vs. The World: The Game and more added to the storefront slowly but surely. Thanks to a number of new Steam listings, we know exactly when the next set of Ubisoft games will drop onto the platform.
As discovered by ResetEra user ‘Chairmanchuck’ multiple new Steam listings have popped up for a selection of Ubisoft titles, all-but-confirming the next 4 games set to be brought over from the Epic Games Store – alongside their release dates.
According to the listings, the next Ubisoft title coming to Steam is the latest entry in the long-running open-world FPS series: Far Cry 6 – set to arrive in just a few short weeks on the 11th of May.
This will be followed up one month later by the open-world MMO “sports paradise” Riders Republic; available on the 8th of June. The final two additions will arrive shortly after Riders Republic, with the tactical co-op first-person shooter Rainbow Six: Extraction launching on the 15th of June, followed by Monopoly Madness one week later (on the 22nd of June).
With these four titles, Ubisoft will have successfully brought over most of the PC games released which have not yet found their way onto Steam – with the most notable omission being some Settlers titles.
It is encouraging to see the likes of Ubisoft and Activision slowly but surely bringing all of their games back to Steam. Hopefully the remaining stragglers are added sooner rather than later.
