Capcom partners with Nvidia to bring games to GeForce Now, starting with Resident Evil

Nvidia has a bigger-than-expected announcement for GeForce Now this week. Nine more games are joining the cloud library today, most of which are new releases. However, the big news is that Capcom is now partnering with Nvidia to bring games to the cloud.

Capcom has been on a hot streak in recent years. Not only has Resident Evil reclaimed its position as a top IP, but Monster Hunter has made waves globally and there have been other hits in between, like Devil May Cry V. Now, Capcom will be offering its PC games through the cloud on GeForce Now, starting with a few older Resident Evil titles.

Here's the full list of games joining GeForce Now this week:

• Shadows of Doubt (New release on Steam, April 24)
• Afterimage (New release on Steam, April 24)
• Roots of Pacha (New release on Steam, April 25)
• Bramble: The Mountain King (New release on Steam, April 27)
• The Swordsmen X: Survival (New release on Steam, April 27)
• Poker Club (Free on Epic Games Store, April 27)
• Resident Evil 2 (Steam)
• Resident Evil 3 (Steam)
• Resident Evil 7 Biohazard (Steam)

Nvidia has also announced today that its Stolkholm (EU) and Miami and Portland (US) GeForce Now servers have been upgraded to RTX 4080 SuperPODs, so if you were already using the GeForce Now Ultimate membership, you can expect a performance boost on these servers, in addition to access to features like DLSS 3.
