Sony had plenty of good news for investors during its recent earnings call, with plans to sell a record-breaking number of PS5 consoles this year. The earnings call also had some good news for PC gamers, as Sony is planning to bring more PlayStation games to the platform.
We've noted that a few recent PlayStation games haven't had huge launches on PC, including Uncharted: Legacy of Thieves Collection and Returnal. However, overall, PlayStation's new PC division is doing well and as a result, the company has confirmed that it plans to continue “rolling out catalogue titles for PC”.
So far, games like Sackboy, Spider-Man, Horizon Zero Dawn, God of War, Uncharted 4 and Returnal have all made their way to PC. Rumours have long claimed that Ghost of Tsushima will be heading to PC at some point too.
We don't know what game Sony will bring to PC next, or whether it will be an older PS4 title or something from the PS5 generation. With that said, previous rumours have claimed that Ratchet & Clank: A Rift Through Time could make its way over. As for sequels like Spider-Man 2, God of War: Ragnarok and Horizon Forbidden West, it will likely be another couple of years before we start to see any of these heading to PC.
