Sapphire Radeon RX 7600 Pulse leak confirms GPU specs

Leaked pictures of the upcoming Sapphire Radeon RX 7600 Pulse graphics card have confirmed some of the specs of the upcoming GPU. Besides the CU count, the card's box also confirmed the amount of VRAM it has.

As per the pictures shared by VideoCardz, the card has a 2-slot design and one 8-pin power connector, which means it will not require more than 225W (150W + 75W). The images also show Sapphire will use a similar design to what we're used to seeing in its mid-range Pulse graphics cards, with a slight change in the vinyl design.

The Radeon RX 7600 is reportedly based on Navi 33 GPU with 32 Compute Units (2048 Stream Processors) and 8GB memory capacity, which the packaging has confirmed. Unfortunately, the memory bus, GPU, and memory clocks have yet to be validated. This is a cause for concern because the card's capabilities may be limited due to its reportedly narrow 128-bit memory bus if the memory clock isn't that high. Additionally, AMD Navi 33 supports only up to 8 PCIe 4.0 lanes.

The AMD Radeon RX 7600 is scheduled to be launched on May 25th, but the pricing is yet to be confirmed. Considering the current pricing of the Radeon RX 7900 series, the upcoming GPU could end up going for around £300.

Kitguru says: The Radeon RX 7600 seems to be a promising budget option for gamers, especially for those who cannot afford high-end GPUs. However, Nvidia is reportedly planning to launch its rival, the RTX 4060, in the first half of July, so it might be worth waiting to see what both sides can offer.
