Mystery game reveal teased for Ubisoft Forward

Ubisoft has been very transparent about its summer showcase plans so far. The publisher has already confirmed we'll be getting updates on titles like Assassin's Creed Mirage, The Crew: Motorfest and Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora. However, a new trailer promoting the stream is also teasing a new mystery game reveal.

Ubisoft recently unveiled its release schedule for the current fiscal year, which includes titles like Assassin's Creed Mirage, Avatar: Frontiers of Pandora, Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Mobile, Tom Clancy's The Division Resurgence, Skull and Bones, The Crew Motorfest, XDefiant, and an unannounced “large game”. We don't know what this “large game” is, but there's a chance it could be the same as the mystery game shown at the end of the trailer.

While rumours have been circulating about Massive's Star Wars game, reportedly set for an early 2024 release, it remains to be seen if it will appear at Ubisoft Forward. Unfortunately, we do know that titles like Splinter Cell Remake and Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time Remake will not be making an appearance.

In addition to the showcase, Ubisoft revealed that Assassin's Creed Nexus VR will be coming to the Meta Quest store later this year. The game's full reveal is planned for Ubisoft Forward, building anticipation for fans of both VR and the Assassin's Creed franchise.

Ubisoft Forward will go live on June 12t at 10AM PT/6PM BST, with a pre-show starting 15 minutes earlier. The livestream can be watched on Ubisoft's official YouTube and Twitch channels. If you are watching on Twitch, you'll want to connect your Twitch and Ubisoft accounts to earn cosmetic skins for various games over the course of the show.
