Gigabyte unveils Aorus M6 wireless gaming mouse with Nvidia Reflex

Gigabyte has unveiled its new lightweight wireless gaming mouse – the Aorus M6. This mouse packs an enthusiast-grade optical sensor, a symmetrical ergonomic design, Omron switches, and lightweight materials that enable gamers to use it comfortably and for a long period of time without feeling fatigued.

The Aorus M6's 26,000 DPI optical sensor can read up to 650 ips and handle 50G acceleration to accurately capture the player's movements. Users may fine-tune their play style by adjusting the DPI in 50-dpi increments. The mouse uses 2.4GHz wireless technology, which has a 1ms latency and can eliminate background noise and transmission delay. Even with a built-in battery module, the 74g mouse is lighter than most wired mice. Moreover, the Aorus M6 can be operated with either hand thanks to its symmetrical design and side buttons, which feature Omron switches rated for 50 million clicks of durability.

The Aorus M6 optimises wireless power efficiency to operate at top performance for 74 hours. An LED on the mouse will warn you when it needs charging, so you won't be caught off-guard with your mouse unexpectedly losing power. The mouse is Nvidia Reflex-certified and features on-the-fly DPI adjustment, programmable buttons, onboard memory, sensor surface calibration, RGB illumination, and other gaming-oriented gimmicks.

Gigabyte's new wireless gaming mouse not only has hardware that properly responds to gamers' demands, but it also manages to come with a sleek aesthetic, earning the mouse a 2023 Red Dot Design Award.

KitGuru says: Looking at the pictures, the new Aorus M6 reminds us of the much-awarded Razer Viper with more side buttons. However, on the inside, it should be completely different, as Razer tends to use proprietary technology on its products.
