We reported on a rather sick story this week of a girl who was filmed throwing puppies into a river. An Internet bounty was issued to catch her, and the good news in today is that she has been caught.
Today police in the Bosnian town of Bugojno accounced that they have identified and caught the woman but they can not reveal her name due to legal reasons. According to early reports in, she is just 12 which makes this case even more disturbing – I don't know about you, but when I was that age I always though dogs were fun animals to play with. Her parents however could be fined up to 6,000 euros which should teach them a lesson, even if the girl is too young to go to jail.
Animal rights activist Velimir Ivanisevic has told a local newspaper that the parents need to be held responsible for the girls actions.

We all love to blame the parents, but it might just be that this girl has problems. Also, can I just say – we have no idea if the person with the camera was a 30 year old manipulator who convinced her it was fine. There will be much more on this I’m sure

So, pretty much, this girl has anti-social personality disorder (or more commonly known as a psychopath). That is too bad. I hope her parents keep her under control.
