Apple finally meeting iPad demand – LG step up production

KitGuru spoke with sources in Taipei yesterday and we were told that LG Display, the company responsible for the screen in the iPad are finally catching up to the demand from Apple.

Apple are reflecting this improvement on their store with wait times now down from ten days to five days. Our sources reveal that Apple had asked LG Display to boost production ratios and it seems the company have obliged.

While the iPad situation is starting to level out, Apple need to concentrate next on the iPhone 4 which currently has a 3 week waiting time after ordering.
