Microsoft have changed their Windows Phone logo, according to Engadget. Gone is the circular icon, which has been replaced with a red square shaped version.
The new logo better reflects the company branding and single tone theme. Initially it was shown at the Fujitsu IS12T event last week, but it is no longer just a localised change, with the logo now appearing on official documentation.
According to the report, not only is the logo shown on some presentations, but the Gamescom party features the new logo design as well.
