Besides the Intel Core Ultra 200K desktop chips, the company also plans to launch a Core Ultra 200HX mobile CPU lineup led by the Core Ultra 9 285HX, featuring 24 cores with a 5.5GHz boost speed. Besides the flagship processor, the lineup should include five other models.
Leaker Jaykihn has shared the entire Core Ultra 200HX lineup, including some specifications of each model. The leaked chart provides comprehensive information on the various clock states for both the P-Cores (Lion Cove) and E-Cores (Skymont), as well as configurations and clock speeds for the Arc (Xe-LPG) iGPU.
The Core Ultra 9 285HX is expected to reach a boost speed of up to 5.5 GHz, slightly lower than its desktop counterpart by 200 MHz. Similarly, the 24-core Ultra 9 275HX, with no direct desktop equivalent, should feature a boost frequency of 5.4 GHz. As for the Core Ultra 7 265HX and 255HX, both reportedly equipped with 20 cores, they are anticipated to offer 5.3 GHz and 5.2 GHz boost speeds, respectively.
The “entry-level” models will be the Core Ultra 5 245HX and 235HX, expected to feature 20 and 14 cores, respectively. The boost speeds of 5.2 GHz for the Core Ultra 5 255HX matches that of the fastest Core Ultra 5 200K desktop part, while the 5.1 GHz boost clock speed of the Core Ultra 245/235HX stands at just 100 MHz less.
In terms of graphics, the specifications are rumoured to include either 4 Xe-Cores or 3 Xe-Cores, both based on Xe-LPG graphics. While these graphics may not deliver high gaming performance due to their modest horsepower, consumers can expect GPU clock speeds ranging from 1.8 to 2.0 GHz. The table below details the specifications for all SKUs:
Model | Cores/Threads | P-Core count | P-Core boost speed (single/all-core) | E-Core count | E-Core boost speed (single/all-core) | iGPU EU count | iGPU clock speed |
Core Ultra 9 285HX | 24C/24T | 8 | 5.5/5.2 GHz | 16 | 4.6/4.6 GHz | 64 | 2.0 GHz |
