An interesting story broke out over the weekend in which a man used the new ‘Find My Friends' application on the iPhone 4S to find his wife, who he says was cheating on him.
The MacRumors forum is buzzing with the story that some poor chap found out that his wife was lying to him. We aren't sure the story will lead to her infidelity, but he seems pretty sure. He is already claiming to be filing for divorce.
“I got my wife a new 4s and loaded up find my friends without her knowing. She told me she was at her friends house in the east village. I’ve had suspicions about her meeting this guy who lives uptown. Lo and behold, Find my Friends has her right there. I just texted her asking where she was and the dumb b!otch said she was on 10th Street!! Thank you Apple, thank you App Store, thank you all. These beautiful treasure trove of screen shots going to play well when I meet her a$$ at the lawyer’s office in a few week.”
The news has also raised concerns via some publications who say that this is a privacy issue and will cause problems down the line, especially if used for dubious reasons. GPS tracking isn't new, but with Apple now fully behind it, you can be sure that millions of people who never even heard of it will be playing around with reasons to use it.

I totally agree, this is just the beginning of Big Brother monitoring you.
Imagine being tracked by somebody without you knowing, like this lady was.
Apple had no problems with the authorities when selling this tracking “device” ? Is everyone turning the other cheek just cause it’s Apple?
If i was in that lady’s shoes (sort of speak) i would sue Apple for enabling others to track me down without my knowledge or permission.
