After releasing the BlackWidow V4 Pro earlier this year, Razer is expanding the BlackWidow V4 series lineup with two other keyboards – the standard Razer BlackWidow V4 and the BlackWidow V4 X.
The BlackWidow V4 and V4 X use Razer's proprietary Gen-3 mechanical switches designed to provide superior control to the user. Both keyboards come with either Green clicky switches, offering accurate execution with a tactile feel, or Yellow linear switches, for those looking for smoother and quieter operation.
The Razer BlackWidow V4 features Chroma RGB lighting (per-key illumination), six dedicated macro keys, double-shot ABS keycaps, and a multi-function roller with four media keys. It also provides users with an 8000Hz polling rate option, 2-side underglow RGB illumination, and a magnetic plush leatherette wrist rest for maximum comfort over long gaming sessions.
The Razer BlackWidow V4 X is a cut-down version of the standard model. However, it still packs all the features you've come to expect from a Razer keyboard, including Chroma RGB lighting, six dedicated macro keys, and a multi-function roller. Moreover, there are secondary media keys for media management and sound-dampening foam to reduce noise while clicking.
The BlackWidow V4 is now available for $169.99/€189.99 and the BlackWidow V4 X for $129.99/€149.99.
