Steve Jobs to be immortalised with movie

The iconic Apple co-founder Steve Jobs will be immortalised in a movie detailing his life.

Hollywood screenwriter Aaron Sorkin said that he is working on the Steve Jobs biopic, although it is still in the very early stage. Sorkin spoke at the D10 conference in Rancho Palos Verdes.

Sorkin has been asked to adapt the famous Steve Jobs book by Walter Isaacson. The best selling book was released a couple of weeks after Jobs died of cancer last year. The screenwriter said that getting the right actor to play Jobs would be difficult. He said that actors can fake a lot of things, but not intelligence.

Sorkin was responsible for writing the script for The Social Network, the popular movie based around Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.

Who could play Steve Jobs? Many sites are already guessing the best actor for the job, including Ashton Kutcher who is already playing the role in an indie movie. Kutcher currently plays the role of a nerd billionaire in popular TV show Two and a Half Men. Others suggest that Christian Bale could handle the job.
