China is quickly becoming one of the most prominent sources of new and unique indie titles, featuring great ambitions and surprising scopes. PlayStation has supported the market for years with its China Hero Project. Later this week the console manufacturer will be showing off a bunch of games at the ChinaJoy event, including the much-anticipated Lost Soul Aside.

Making the announcement via Twitter, the official Lost Soul Aside account revealed that “Lost Soul Aside will be present at ChinaJoy 2023 from July 28th to 31st! We will also feature on PlayStation booth a playable demo of the game that lets you play through a level.”

Alongside this an image was shared showcasing all of the various PlayStation games you can expect to be present at the event. As collated and translated by Gematsu, the China Hero Project titles set to make an appearance include:

  • AWAKEN: Astral Blade (Dark Pigeon Games)
  • EXILEDGE (Enigmatrix)
  • EVOTINCTION (Spikewave Games)
  • Lost Soul Aside (Ultizero Games)
  • Will-less (Cyaniris Game)

Interestingly, a number of already-released first and 3rd party games will also be present at the PlayStation event, including but not limited to:

  • Gran Turismo 7 (Polyphony Digital)
