There have been several Call of Duty leaks recently. During the NBA Summer League, a number of players posted images of themselves playing a new preview build for Call of Duty 2023. Shortly after, a bunch of screenshots were posted online, only for Activision to issue DMCA takedowns, confirming Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3 as this year's game. Now, Monster Energy is joining in on the leaks.
Photos of new box packaging for cans of Monster Energy drink have surfaced online with the new Call of Duty: Modern Warfare III branding. Monster Energy typically offers XP codes for the game with its drinks and it looks like that deal will continue this year with the latest game.

While originally it was reported that Activision was going to take a break from mainline Call of Duty games in 2023 to give a second year of support to Modern Warfare II, that plan eventually changed. What began as an expansion is now a numbered sequel, developed by Sledgehammer Games rather than Infinity Ward, although Infinity Ward and a number of Activision Studios are still involved as support teams on the project.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare III should release in late October/early November.
