You might not be aware but Gigabyte also produce a range of peripherals. Today we are going to take a look at the Gigabyte Force M9 Ice Mouse which is designed for the mainstream market.
The Gigabyte Force M9 ICE Mouse has a number of quality features including DPI switching and a high performance laser sensor. However, the most interesting aspect of this mouse is Gigabyte's ‘ICE' technology which allows the laser sensor to track on clear surfaces such as glass.

looks nicer than it is by the sounds of it. still good to see more competition. im actually in the market for a new mouse but am looking at the razer starcraft mouse.

Hi, very nice review, could you tell me if the scroll wheel is continuous or intermittent so that it can it be efficiently used for changing weapons in FPS games? And if the mouse can function with only one battery? Thank you!
Hi vlad, the scroll wheel is intermittent so that there are defined notches in it’s action which makes it very easy to select weapons etc. accurately. I wouldn’t recommend it for FPS gaming specifically though as there are better featured gaming mice out there for the price. Yes it does function with only one battery in – I assume this would half the battery life though!
