While many people are happy parting with £300 or more for a new tablet, there are some who can't justify this amount. Kogan might have the answer, as they are offering several budget tablets for £119-£129.
We do like to try and point out some great bargains to our readers, and this seems to be one of the best right now, especially for those people on a strict budget.
The Agora tablet has actually been a good seller in Europe, and Kogan are offering the 8GB version for £119 and the 16GB version for £129. Both machines feature capacitive touch IPS LED screens with The Android 4.0 operating system installed.
Gizmodo reviewed the tablet in June and said “It’s a pure Ice Cream Sandwich interface: no vendor additions or other annoyances which wins Kogan big ticks. ICS is mostly a well-designed environment for tablets, so we’re all in favour of that. The built-in SD card slot and other plugs are all easy to access and on one side. The browser supports a nice little piece of wizardry that expands a radial menu underneath your finger when you swipe from the left or right bezel and lets you control the navigation.”
The Kogan Agora 10” Tablet also features Wi-Fi, letting you connect to Internet hotspots or your home network, HDMI output for watching movies on your HDTV, and a 3.5mm audio output to connect headphones or speakers to enhance your listening experience.
You can buy the 8GB version here and the 16GB version here.
Kitguru says: We think this seems a pretty sweet deal.
I think this tablet is good but I think it should be more cheaper!
