LG Optimus G specifications leak online

The much awaited LG Optimus G smartphone specifications have leaked online, thanks to Korean website AsiaDaily. The upcoming handset will house a quad core processor, 2GB of memory, 13MP camera, 4G LTE and a huge 4.7 inch IPS True HD Display.

The smartphone will run Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich) and LG will layer their Optimus UI 3.0 interface on top. Android 4.1 is planned (Jelly Bean) as an update shortly after the product comes to market.

In other LG related news, as we reported last night LG have unveiled their new 84 inch (213cm) panel which supports 4k resolutions and up to 8 million pixels per frame.
