Bioshock Infinite gameplay video released

One of the most awaited games – Bioshock Infinite has received a new gameplay trailer which should excite the masses of people who have been waiting patiently for the game to be released. Irrational Games were meant to release this game in October but the game has been delayed to February next year.

The delay surprised a lot of people who felt that the game looked a long way down the development road. Some industry insiders have claimed that the game is in ‘development hell'. Meaning there are behind the scenes problems on some level.

Kotaku reported that Ken Levin and his team have ‘struggled to craft a full game that meets the promise of its early demos.' It also looks as if the multiplayer modes have been binned – this means the game should be a single player only title when it is released in February 2013. There are also rumours that team members have quit and left the production including design director Jeff McGann and producer Joe Faulstick. [yframe url='http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bLHW78X1XeE']

KitGuru Games: Omni-movement culminates 30 years of FPS innovation

Black Ops 6 is officially here, bringing the innovative new Omni-movement system to the game. While on the surface a relatively simple change, I argue that Treyarch intimately studied DOOM and the past 30 years of first-person shooter evolution to craft one of the most satisfying gameplay systems yet.
