Samsung Galaxy Note III to get full HD screen

The Samsung Galaxy Note III as been the subject of many rumours recently and the latest indicates that a full HD display may be coming. According to the Korean manufacturers site the device has been officially listed, as well as some details of the screen. The information was seen by Japanese site Ringer's Blue Men, who found two models SM-N900T and SM-N900A.

The two codes are likely to represent slightly different versions of the Samsung Galaxy III Note. Rumours have circulated that there may be four versions released.

Details have circulated that it will feature an ARM processor although details are sparse. Samsung are likely to release details at the IFA 2013 in Berlin later this year.
