Thermaltake introduces its first gaming monitors

Thermaltake is about to make its debut in the gaming monitor market with two models. The lineup includes two high-refresh rate models with QHD resolutions: the 27-inch TGM-I27FQ monitor and the 32-inch TGM-V32C curved monitor.

The TGM-I27FQ is a 27-inch gaming monitor with a Fast IPS screen capable of a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time. The monitor will support FreeSync Premium and is G-Sync compatible. The panel offers 10-bit colour depth and covers 95 percent of the DCI-P3 gamut.

Thermaltake's 27-inch monitor also has features like Ultra Shadow Boost to improve vision in low-light environments and flicker-free and ultra-low blue-light modes. Display connectivity options include 2x HDMI 2.0 interfaces, a DisplayPort 1.4, a USB-C port, 2x USB-A ports, and an audio output.

Moving on to the TGM-V32C, the 32-inch curved VA panel also supports AMD FreeSync Premium and is NVIDIA G-Sync Compatible. The monitor can operate at a refresh rate of 170Hz with a response time of 1ms and has the same eye-care features as the smaller model.

Like the TGM-I27FQ, it has 400 nits of brightness and a 10-bit colour depth. However, the contrast ratio on the TGM-V32C is rated at 3000:1, and the DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage is 90%. For connectivity, there are 2x HDMI ports, a DisplayPort 1.4 port, and an audio output.
