Android fans will be rejoicing to hear that Android tablet shipments will be passing Apple iPad this year, for the first time ever. Research house IDC say that Android will be claiming more market share in 2013.
Android tablets are made in a variety of sizes and shapes, however Apple have yet to release a budget model which means they won't be able to expand at the same speed as the Android platform.
iPad and iPhone shipments are projected to continue to grow but Samsung and other Android manufacturers are slowly chipping away at market share and sales.
Tomorrow Samsung will be showing their fourth generation Galaxy flagship model. This smartphone knocked Apple from the top spot for some of last year.
