The Gamescom audience spans a wide range, with many PC gamers attending the event each year, making it a good spot for plenty of PC hardware companies to showcase new products, from peripherals to components. This year, DeepCool is at Gamescom in force with a huge booth. At the event, a new chassis caught our eye, the CH780, a mysterious case that has not yet been formally announced via a press release or with a listing on the company's website.
The DeepCool CH780 does not currently have a website listing at the time of writing, but it caught our eye when we walked by the Gamescom booth earlier today. What we can see here is DeepCool's take on a popular design trend, with tempered glass at the front and side of the chassis, perfect for those looking to kit out their build with RGB LEDs.
The system we see on display above uses the new case, along with a DeepCool LT820 WH AIO liquid cooler, a Gigabyte B550 Vision motherboard, 64GB of Asgard memory, a DeepCool PX850-G power supply, a Ryzen 7 5700G processor and a Sapphire Radeon RX 7900 graphics card.
The product card at the booth describes the case as a “majestic premium ATX+ case that places an emphasis on displaying the beauty of the high-end hardware inside”.
We don't know when this case will be available to buy or have full technical specifications but we have reached out to DeepCool for this information and will update when we hear back. We were told that the expected price should be £159 for the black version and £169 for the white version.
