MSI announce the Modern 15 laptop for content creators

MSI offers a great range of laptops, everything from entry-level right up to the top tier gaming systems. The company has introduced a new line to its notebook range with the Modern 15, which is aimed squarely at content creators.

The Modern 15 notebook will offer content creators the power to define their own style and create wonderful moments. The new notebook from MSI has the perfect balance of elegance and performance. The modern 15 weighs in at just 1.6kg making it an ultra-portable high-performance piece of kit. A sleek aluminium and sand-blasted black coating creates a discreet and stylish look while boasting a premium design.

A big feature of the MSI Modern 15 is its outstanding performance, provided by an Intel Core i7 10th generation processor and Nvidia MX250 graphics, which offers enough raw power for content creators to process anything from light 2D image editing to video processing.

The Modern 15 packs in a 15.6-inch full HD display surrounded by a super-thin bezel. The IPS panel of the MSI Modern 15 covers close to 100% of the sRGB colour range to provide a greater visual experience, in an ultra-thin design. Modern 15 is equipped with two SSD drives for users to enjoy maximum high-speed storage and fast access to applications.

Other features of the MSI Modern 15 notebook include 2 x DDR4-2666 memory slots with a maximum of 64GB available expansion, 2x USB 3.2 Gen 2 Type-A ports, a single USB 3,2 Gen 1 Type-A port and a 1x USB 3.2 Gen 1 with Display Type-C port. Additionally, the Modern 15 notebook offers a microSD card slot, HDMI connectivity, 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth v5 support.

KitGuru says: MSI continues to push its content creator branding with mobile devices now too. The Modern 15 notebook certainly offers some good specifications, until we know official pricing though it's difficult to say whether it will offer value too.
