We test the USB 3.0 performance on the MSI system with one of our portable flash drives – the Kingston HyperX 3.0 portable drive.
Slightly lower than expected write speed, but overall high enough performance that you shouldn't notice much of a drop off.

website). After reading your reviews I’ve decided to buy the MSI GE60 2PE Apache Pro, but I’ve got a doubt:
Does it worth it to add an additional 128 GB
SSD (for about 90euros) or an additional 8GB RAM (for about 85 Euros).
I’ll use the computer mainly
for photo editing (lightroom and photoshop) and occasionally for video editing.
