LG unveils lightweight and compact Gram series laptops

LG has announced a new lightweight and compact Gram laptop series. The range includes various display sizes designed to set a new standard for portable computing to satisfy the needs of the most advanced users.

The new 2020 Gram laptop lineup from LG includes the Gram 17 17Z90N, Gram 15 15Z90N, Gram 14 14Z90N and a 14-inch LG Gram 2-in-1 14T90N that all feature a lightweight, compact design with long battery life, high-performance specification and smooth gaming with built-in Iris Plus.

Powering the new LG Gram series laptops will be Intel 10th generation Core processors with Iris Plus graphics and up to 24 GB dual-channel DDR4 memory, meaning double the graphics power of last years models making them ideal for content creators, with power and performance to tackle even the most demanding tasks.

The new Gram series feature 80Wh batteries in both the 17Z90N and 1Z90N for users to enjoy hours of use without sacrificing portability. The new LG Gram also includes WI-Fi 6 to provide users with enhanced wireless connectivity and an improved Cooling System to keep the device running cool and quiet under heavy load.

A CES 2020 Innovation Award-winning LG Gram 17 flagship device features a 17-inch WQXGA IPS display that delivers high detail images and precise colour production. A 16:10 ratio provides increased workspace on the desktop making it ideal for multitasking across various windows.

The complete Gram lineup offers a minimalist design with a seamless and premium appearance. The LG Gram 14 and 15 provide users with long usage periods and less charging for improved convenience. The innovative design of the Gram series mean LG are able to fit 14 and 15-inch displays into chassis designed for 13.3-inch screens.

LG’s ultra-portable 2-in-one 14T90N returns for 2020 with increased functionality and the addition of Thunderbolt 3 connectivity, providing users the performance to be more productive while on the move. The handy device keeps the core DNA from previous models while delivering more than 20 hours of work time in a package weighing in at just 1,145 grams.
