Microsoft proud of Windows Phone 7 UI – more productive

Microsoft are proud to announce that the Windows Phone 7 smartphones can help users get more done in fewer steps than their rivals.

Microsoft say that their Windows Phone 7 products deliver greater efficiency, requiring up to 20% less steps to perform common tasks. What is this based on you may ask? Their own internal research.

Microsoft have already said they are going to spend more money on TV advertising for WP7 than any other campaign in their history.

Regarding Bing Search integration Brian Seitz, senior marketing manager for WP7 said in an email “With one press, you can either speak-to-search or type in your inquiry and the information is at your fingertips”
