According to several reports, the Samsung Galaxy S IV could launch as early as March 14th. The Verge say that sources familiar with Samsung plans claim ‘March 14th is definitely the day'. According to the report, Samsung are likely to launch more than one new device on the same day.

Around the same time, Eldar Murtazin with mobile-review issued the following tweet.

SamMobile, a known site for information on Samsung leaks also confirmed the S IV would likely be launched on March 14th and said that the event will be held in New York.

Samsung are likely to launch the Galaxy S IV and a smartwatch along with a mini version of the Galaxy S IV.

The Galaxy S IV is rumoured to feature an Exynos 5 Octa (8-Core) CPU, Mali-T678 (8-Core) GPU, 4.99″ SuperAMOLED Full HD Resolution Display, 2GB of RAM, 13 Megapixel Rear facing Camera capable of shooting 1080p Full HD Videos at 30FPS, 2 Megapixel front facing camera capable of shooting 720p HD Videos and run Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean out of the box.
