HTC and Samsung already taking legal action against iPhone 5

HTC and Samsung have threatened Apple in the past couple of weeks by promising to sue the company if the iPhone 5 had LTE. Well, this morning Apple unveiled the iPhone 5 complete with LTE and HTC and Samsung are taking immediate legal action.

The iPhone 5 could be in legal trouble already and it was barely announced half a day ago.

The two companies own several patents related to LTE they will be suing Apple and hoping for a preliminary sales injunction put down against the iPhone 5.

HTC has already passed their case to a United States International Trade Commission judge and their patents has yet to be deemed invalid.

Considering international companies has yet to strike success against the American company in their home nation, now would be a brilliant time to strike some luck from Samsung and HTC's perspective.
