As we all know however the 3G version is currently only supported by US networks – well until blogger Benson got his grubby mitts on one and decided to hack it to bits with a meat clever and a pair of scissors – no seriously I kid you not.

He said: “Electronically, the SIM and MicroSIM are the same so we can cut the rest away and not worry (so long as we are careful)”
