Tons of characters, stages and more leak for MultiVersus

The relaunch of MultiVersus earlier this year has not gone the way Warner Bros. were likely hoping, with general sentiment surrounding the game being that it is inferior to the pre-release beta version from prior years. In spite of this, WB appears to be committed to the game in the long term, with a ton of characters and stages having now leaked.

In a tweet thread which has since been deleted (and its user suspended), a boatload of new characters, stages and skins have leaked for MultiVersus.

In terms of confirmed leaked characters, Nubia from DC Comics, The Powerpuff Girls and Marceline (alongside a bat queen form) are seemingly set to be added soon.

A number of variant skins for existing characters also appear to be on their way, with half a dozen new skins for Samurai Jack; a Joker variant and Superman in the style of the 1940’s Max Fleisher cartoon.

By far the biggest leak came from the list of upcoming stages with over a dozen already discovered, namely:

  • Back to the Past (Samurai Jack)
  • Candy Kingdom (Adventure Time)
  • ACME Labs (Pinky and the Brain/Animaniacs)
  • Coyote Canyon (Looney Tunes)
  • Wabbit Season (Looney Tunes)
  • Midnight Showing (Gremlins)
  • Destroyed Townsville (Powerpuff Girls)

There are also reportedly stages based on the following characters / IP, suggesting they may be included in the future as fighters themselves:

  • Barbie
  • Harry Potter
  • Mad Max
  • Mojo Jojo
  • Courage the Cowardly Dog
  • Steamboat Willie

As mentioned, despite the common sentiment surrounding MultiVersus, it seems at the very least that WB plans to support it for the foreseeable future.
