Second Ubisoft Forward games showcase dated

Due to the cancellation of E3, many publishers took to hosting their own digital games showcases. For Ubisoft, that was ‘Ubisoft Forward’. Taking place in July, the publisher showed off a number of titles including Assassin’s Creed Valhalla and Far Cry 6. Following its conclusion however, it was announced that another Ubisoft Forward would be taking place this year. We now know that the second games showcase is set to take place on the 10th of September.

Announced via a teaser trailer, the publisher said “Ubisoft Forward this September 10th will feature new games and big news on Ubisoft’s upcoming lineup of games and content and it's right around the corner!”

Some of the games featured in the teaser include Watch Dogs: Legion, Rainbow Six: Siege, Hyper Scape, and what appeared to be the – recently renamed – Gods & Monsters, AKA Immortals: Fenyx Rising. Of course, expect there to be other unannounced games and surprises.

Ubisoft Forward will kick off on the 10th of September with a pre-show taking place at 7pm UK time, followed by the main show at 8pm. Though it is currently unknown how long the event will be, the first Ubisoft Forward lasted roughly 45 minutes.

Finally, as was the case with the first showcase, this upcoming Ubisoft Forward will also gift viewers with some “in-game rewards”. The first Ubisoft Forward was considered to be underwhelming by some, so hopefully this upcoming showcase can make up for it.
