Rockstar drops part two of its Red Dead Redemption II gameplay reveal

Rockstar has been slowly rolling out information in the build up to Red Dead Redemption 2's launch. Back in August, we received the very first full gameplay trailer, breaking down exploration, conversations and a few other mechanics. Today, we got part two of Rockstar's gameplay reveal, focussing on combat, side activities, how decisions can affect the world and first-person mode.

Grand Theft Auto V received a first-person update when it launched on Xbox One, PS4 and PC. This time around, Red Dead Redemption 2 will include a first-person mode right from the get-go. As we've come to expect, the game itself still looks incredible graphically. You can check out part two of the gameplay reveal below:

And just in case you missed it the first time around, here is part one again:

Based on the various previews that have been published so far, Red Dead Redemption 2 is set to be Rockstar's most immersive, ambitious open-world title to date. The game will launch on the 26th of October for Xbox One and PS4.

KitGuru Says: Red Dead Redemption 2 looks incredible, although I do wish that Rockstar would show some love to the PC. The first RDR never made it over but with this one being a prequel, it would be easy for PC-only players to jump straight in. Are any of you planning to get Red Dead Redemption 2 when it comes out? Or will you be holding out in hopes of an eventual PC release?
