Microsoft confirms plans for Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase

E3 might be cancelled this year, but there will still be plenty of other major game announcement events taking place this summer. Today, Microsoft officially confirmed its plans for June, with an Xbox & Bethesda Games Showcase.

Microsoft will be hosting a new Xbox & Bethesda Games showcase on Sunday, the 12th of June at 6PM BST. Rather than having a separate event for Bethesda, those announcements will be rolled in with Xbox's other first-party announcements – which should include our first look at Starfield gameplay.

The Xbox & Bethesda showcase promises new announcements covering a “diverse line-up of games coming soon to the Xbox ecosystem”, which includes consoles, PC, Game Pass and Cloud.

The stream will be taking place across all major platforms, so you'll be able to catch it on YouTube and Twitch, or other social platforms like Facebook, Twitter and TikTok.

KitGuru Says: Aside from Starfield, we can hopefully expect to see new updates on Playground's Fable reboot, Obsidian's many projects, upcoming content for Halo Infinite, the next Forza, and possibly even something new from The Coalition, which has been quietly working away on Unreal Engine 5 projects recently.
